Registration Fee

The conference registration fee is paid through the conference system, The conference committees & staff team will NOT ask for your credit card information for booking rooms or air tickets. Please take care to protect your financial and private information.

Payment Methods

Online credit card/wire transfer are all acceptable.

 

Accommodation 

Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves, we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. The conference staff won't require your personal card information for booking service. Please don't trust anyone.

 

Refund Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email

 

Safety Tips

Take care of your belongings during the conference. The organizer is NOT responsible for the loss. Always wear your conference badge all the time. There’ll be no access without a badge.
