ICBIM 2023

The 7th International Conference on Business and Information Management (ICBIM 2023) hold in Bangkok, Thailand from August 18-20, 2023. Hosted by Rangsit University in Thailand, and co-organized by Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok and Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University, the conference was technically sponsored by IEEE Thailand Section and Southern University of Science and Technology, China.

 

 

The conference was charied by Prof. Paniti Neitnat, Rangsit University, Thailand and The Dean of the Graduate School, with a wealth of academic insight and leadership, delivered a compelling opening address. Emphasizing the significance of ICBIM 2023, the Dean highlighted the role of research and information management in shaping the future of business. Their remarks set the tone for a conference that would not only disseminate knowledge but also foster a collaborative spirit among the participants.

 

The opening remarks by both the Dean of the Graduate School and the President of Rangsit University collectively set the stage for a conference that promised not only intellectual stimulation but also a fostering of connections and collaborations that would transcend the duration of the conference.

 

Following the Dean's address, the Dr. Nares Pantaratorn, Vice president of Research Affairs, Rangsit University, Thailand took the stage, bringing with them the institutional perspective and a vision for the future. As a leader steering the university, the President's words carried the weight of institutional commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and global collaboration.

 

ICBIM 2023 was honored to welcome four esteemed keynote speakers, each a luminary in their respective fields. They are Prof. Daniel O'Leary, University of Southern California, USA; Prof. Gee-Woo Bock, Sungkyunkwan University, Korea; Assoc. Prof. Nithinant Thammakoranonta, National Institute of Development Administration, Thailand and Prof. Shuanghua Yang, Southern University of Science and Technology, China. Their insights and expertise illuminated the conference, enriching the knowledge exchange and leaving an indelible impact on the attendees. The keynote speakers brought a wealth of experience and wisdom, contributing significantly to the conference's success.

This conference is also highlighted by three outstanding Invited Speakers. They are Prof. Noriyuki Suyama, from Toyo University, Japan and Assoc. Prof. Ronald A. Monzon, Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus, Philippines.

Moreover the conference was composed of two technical oral sessions, topics covered, E-Commerce, Chatbot and Information Management and Chatbot, Information Technology Application and Information Management. Each parallel session went through smoothly and a “Best Presentation” award was issued at the end of sub-conference.
