Registration Process

Abstract Registration
After peer-reviwed, you will receive the notification letter from the conference secretary, in which the registration steps indicated. Please follow the steps one by one to finish the process.Please note that the abstract will be included in program but will not published in conference proceedings. So, when you process the registration online, please just choose items related to "Presenter" not "Author".

Full Paper Registration
After double rounds reivew process, the authors will receive the notification letter from the conference secretary, in which the registration steps will be indicated. The authors are requested to finish the registration step by step. The submitted and accepted full paper will be published into the conference proceeding, and need to be presented onsite by oral/poster presentation. After you finish the payment, please remember to upload your final paper to the system. The editor will format your paper based on the final version.

Important Notes

Student Registration
A student claiming a student registration must submit: a scanned copy of the student’s ID card or a verification letter of the student’s full-time status from the department head of the student’s current institution or the student’s supervisor. Current school year has to be included and clearly stated in the document. Student registrations are not applicable to postdoctoral fellows. And you should be the First Author of your paper.

Addition Paper Registration
The additional paper registration is only accplicable to the same author who will register with more than one paper and deliver the presentation by himself/herself. In a paper with more than one author, all the authors attending the conference,all authors must complete their registration individually(one registers as author, the reset register as listener).

Registration Policy
It is important to note that to include your paper in the program as well as in the proceedings, at least one author of your paper must pay the regular registration fee and attend the conference to present the paper.

Extra Page Charge
Your final articles must be submitted for publication by deadline. The first FIVE pages(proceeding) of the paper is included in the basic registraiton fee, extra pages will be charged for 50 USD per page.

Legal Disclaimer Notice

To ensure that the meeting is carried out smoothly and efficiently in a safe environment, we make the following disclaimers:

First, the participants must wear the conference name tag to enter the conference areas during the entire conference. Individuals not wearing it will not be denied entry. Participants are not allowed to bring their associates or families into the conference areas. If you wish to bring someone, please inform the conference person in charge in advance to obtain a special name tag for whatever event like presentations, breaks or meals.

Second, participants should confirm that they have good physical, mental and psychological preparation to participate in the event. If the participant is under 18 years old, he or she must be accompanied by his or her legal guardian. The conference organizer and associations will not responsible for their safety.

Third, all legal responsibilities and liabilities arising directly or indirectly from participants’ activities during the event shall be borne by the participants themselves.

Fourth, the conference area is public, so participants should take care of their belongings at all times. All losses related to personal property will not be the responsibility of the event organizers and associations.

Payment Methods

We provide three methods for the payment: credit card, bank transfer and paypal.

1. Credit Card: You can pay by credit card (Master or Visa), which will not be charged for handling fee. You will get the payment link when you recieve the acceptance notification letter.

2. Bank Transfer: If you want to pay by bank transfer, please pay USD 30 more as the handling fee, e.g. your registration fee is USD550, then you need to pay USD580 when you transfer the payment. Also, you need to upload the payment proof for bank transfer. The bank detail has been indicated in the system.

3. Paypal: If you want to pay by papal, please contact the conference secretary for account number. Please note additional USD30 will be charged as handling fee.

Listener Registration

It is very simple for listeners to regiser with the conference if you don't want to submit any articles but just attend the conference.  Click here to register.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled before July 05, 2020 (Only charge 30USD handling fee). After July 05, 2020 but before July 31, 2020, 50% cancellation fee charged; if cancelled on or after the conference starting date, No refunds applicable.

If the conference cannot be held on time due to force majeure such as politics, weather and disasters, the organizer will not bear any compensation and will not refund the registration fee0

Registration Fee Includes

A. Conference kits (name badge, bag, certificate, conference program, souvenir);

B. Admission to all technical programs (keynote talks, parallel sessions for paper presentations etc.);

C. 2 times coffee breaks on August 04, 2020;

D. Lunch and dinner on August 04, 2020;

E. Publication for full papers.
